Are the courses suitable for beginners?

Courses cover different levels, including beginners. Choose a suitable experience level and read the exercise and equipment instructions before you start.

Do I need equipment?

It depends on the course. You can find bodyweight exercises and courses with equipment. Home workouts may require a bench, mat or dumbbells, for example. Check the course details for requirements.

Are all courses free?

Workout logging, your own plans, personal scores and basic statistics are free. The catalogue includes free courses and additional courses with Pro. Access is marked in the app.

Do I need an account?

You can log workouts without an account. Community and certain account features require you to sign in.
