From your first set to a useful training history
Track Record: Workout Progress is a workout tracker for Android, iPhone and iPad. It is built around the exercises you actually do: free weights, machines and bodyweight movements, including added weight and assistance equipment.
- Start without signing up. Open the app and continue without an account to use workout logging. You do not need to create a profile online before recording your training.
- Choose your exercises. Use the exercise library or create your own exercises and equipment. Save your usual exercise order in a reusable workout template or training plan.
- Record each set. Keep the repetitions, weight or duration and the relevant exercise setup together. Notes help you remember context that numbers alone cannot explain.
- Come back to your history. At the next session, compare your current sets with earlier performances. Over time, your exercise history, records and personal progress score make those entries easier to review.
You can also begin with a single workout. Building a large library of routines is not a requirement for starting a training log.
What you can use for free
The free core includes workout logging, your own exercises, templates and plans, training history, personal scores and basic statistics. You can record your training without ads and without subscribing to Pro.
Your workout log
Record sets, reps, weights and timed exercises. Keep your training history and return to previous sessions.
Your way of training
Create exercises and reusable plans for your own equipment and exercise variations.
Your progress
Review personal scores and basic statistics as your logged training history grows.
Track Record Pro is optional. It adds features such as additional courses, detailed training analysis, Pulse custom trackers and custom app colors. Subscription prices and renewal terms are shown in the app before purchase.
Without an account does not mean an automatic backup
Your training data is stored locally on your device. Signing in does not create a cloud backup or automatically synchronize your training between Android and iPhone.
Use the app’s export and backup tools to keep a copy you control. Before changing devices, resetting your phone or deleting the app, create and safely keep a backup and check the available import options on the destination device. A local training history should not be your only copy.
Basic workout logging does not require an account. Subscription purchase and restore requirements are separate; Android Pro purchases require an account. You can read more about data handling in the privacy policy.
Is this the right kind of workout app for you?
If you already have a lifting routine and want a clear record of what you did, start by logging that routine. Keep the exercise and equipment names consistent so your comparisons refer to the same setup.
If your main requirement is automatic cloud synchronization across phones, the local storage model is an important limitation to consider. An account-free start and cross-device synchronization are different features.
If you are moving from paper or notes, record your next session first. You do not need to recreate your entire past training history to begin seeing new sessions together.
